Utah Utes Recruiting Offensive Linemen

Utah Utes football is placing a big emphasis on the offensive line in the 2027 recruiting class, with first year offensive line coach Jordan Gross having his work cut out for him in replacing four good and capable bodies. The Utes will lose seniors Solatoa Moea'i, Keith Olson, Zereoue Williams, and Alex Harrison to graduation this fall. And the team has already made good progress with a number of prospects, with eight 2027 linemen all expected to visit Utah in the coming months. Utah football looks to build its first recruiting class in the first full year of the Morgan Scalley era. The Utes have identified nine top offensive line prospects to watch, including several who have already shown interest in the program. So the next few months will be crucial in securing commitments from these top prospects. But with the loss of four experienced players, the Utes know they need to bring in some fresh talent to compete in the Big 12. Jordan Gross will be key in evaluating and recruiting these prospects, using his expertise to find the best fit for the team. The Utes are expected to host several of these prospects on visits, where they can showcase the program and facilities, and give the players a chance to meet with the coaches and players. One of the top prospects is expected to visit in the next few weeks, and the Utes are hopeful of securing a commitment from him. The recruiting process is ongoing, with the Utes working hard to build a strong class for 2027.
